Meet Brooke (she/her/hers)
MA, LPC, Clinical Supervisor and Founder
of In Bloom Psychotherapy

Hi I am so glad you are here.

My name is Brooke, and I'm the founder of In Bloom Psychotherapy. We are a small team of clinical mental health counselors in Louisville and Boulder Colorado, dedicated to helping you explore your inner and outer landscapes. Although we specialize in working with outdoor professionals and outdoor enthusiasts, we also work with individuals, couples, and groups looking to get relief from trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, burn out, anxiety, relational issues, and depression.  We use cutting edge and evidence based practices like EMDR, Ketamine assisted psychotherapy, IFS, somatic modalities, and mindfulness techniques. Our goal is to help you slow down and listen to the wisdom of your body, so you can reclaim your life and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

There will be moments when you will bloom fully and then wilt, only to bloom again. If we can learn anything from flowers it is that resilience is born even when we feel like dying

With humility and respect, I acknowledge that the land I live and work on is the land of the Di De’I (Apache), Hinono’eiteen (Arapaho), Tsétsėhéstȧhese (Cheyenne), Nʉmʉnʉʉ (Comanche), Caiugu (Kiowa), Čariks i Čariks (Pawnee), Sosonih (Shoshone), Oc'eti S'akowin (Sioux) and Núuchiu (Ute). I recognize how this land was taken through violence and displacement, and understand there is still conflict and tension today. I offer deep gratitude and honor the past, present, and future relationship the indigenous people have with this land as stewards and ancestral caretakers.
